WHAT IS THE THEME OF YOUR YEAR?

1/21/2015

As numerology is the evolution of natural cycles of energy, each one of us travels a cycle of nine years with every year having it’s own “theme”.  Although my observation is that we each intuitively know what’s ahead in our journey we may not be fully aware of the possibilities our year’s journey holds and how to use the energy currents most constructively.

You can determine your Personal Year Number by adding the digits of the month and day of your birth to the sum of the digits in our year number and then reduce that sum to a single digit.   For example, if your birthday is January 26, you add 1 + 2 + 6 to 8 (the sum of 2015.)  Your sum is 8 which means you are transiting an Eight Personal Year.  Issues of money, business, law, inheritance, stamina, and manifesting your desires are likely to be experienced in one way or another.

Here are some potentials for each of the nine Personal Year possibilities:

ONE            Initiation, New Beginnings, Independence, Leadership

TWO           Partnerships, Cooperation, Change, Patience, Gain and Loss

THREE        Creativity, Communication, Socializing, Fun, Leisure Time

FOUR          Work, Structure, Organization, Discipline, Financial Responsibility

FIVE            Change, Birth, Freedom, New Pathways, the Unexpected, Opportunity

SIX              Home, Romantic and Family Relationships, Love, Beauty,
Responsibilities to Others, Health and Well Being

SEVEN        Rest, Personal Growth, Break from Routine, Solitude, Healing,
                   Study, Spirituality

EIGHT         Harvest, Manifesting, Leadership, Personal Power, Money, Stamina

NINE           Completion, Endings, Charity, Forgiveness, Tests of Character,
                   Rewards

Using numerology to be more consciously aware of your opportunities for mastery and change in relationships, career, finances, health, travel and the timing of special events like weddings and celebrations offers you the benefit of being able to navigate your life journey with greater clarity and confidence.

My Divine Life personalized planning calendar and activity guide offers validation and advice for timing life events.  In addition, you receive a one year membership in my Divine Life Community with special bulletins and discounts.  Access the details HERE.

Whatever year number you transit, may you encounter love, joy and fulfillment as you journey through each month of 2015.

WHAT’S AHEAD FOR 2015?

12/31/2014

2015 is ruled by the vibration of the Universal Number Eight.  Eight governs money, power, leadership, strength, the sexual principle, justice, manifesting and mastery of all life skills.  It also relates to large corporations, institutions, heads of state and the branches and functions of government.  Expect all of these to be in the news in one way or another this coming year.

This last months of 2014 brought us two interesting events that demonstrate the transitional  vibration of our Universal Seven Year just past merging with the energies of the Universal Eight Year that we will be transiting.

Remember last year in my forecast I spoke of internet security issues being at the forefront during the year.  (The Target security breach debacle had already occurred.)  Near the end of the year we always have events which set the trend for the forthcoming year.  This December past we were alerted to the massive data breach suffered by Sony Pictures Corporation, allegedly due to politically motivated perpetrators from North Korea.  At the time of this writing, the event is now apparently evoking dialog between the United States and North Korean governments.

Do you see the connection?  The hacked data (Seven Year origin) motivates government conflicts over issues concerning a major corporation (Eight Year issues).

Why did Bill Cosby’s image not get tarnished until now?

For years, actor and comedian Bill Cosby has been lauded for his humor and family values.  Suddenly, his image is attacked by a number of women who accuse him of being a sexual predator.  What happened?  Why now?

Remember, our Seven year encouraged “things coming to light” – and thus woman suddenly began speaking up about their experiences with him that they had kept buried for years.  (The recently published biography of his life likely made him more of a public target.)  Now we are going into our Eight year which (see above) deals with the sexual principle and justice.  Eight also mandates balance between male and female energies.  So here we have issues of alleged sexual misconduct with (to date) 21 women seeking justice and atonement for what they allege were forceful sexual violations.

(NOTE:  Bill Cosby was transiting his Eight Personal Year in 2014 at the level of 26 which shows that relationships and issues of personal power would be in the forefront for his year.  Now he’s going into his Nine Personal Year which indicates tests of character related to past actions.)

With the fallout from the Target and other security breaches in major corporations and Bill Cosby’s alleged transgressions, we are seeing that 2015 appears to be a year that will keep those in the legal field and in the justice system busier than usual.  Eight, however, favors justice, so we can count on fair outcomes prevailing.

Does Oprah do Tarot cards?
Picture
Picture
I had to laugh with glee when I saw the cover of “O” Magazine for January 2015 depicting Oprah posing with a lion and the caption, “Brave New You.”  As if this doesn’t capture what the potential of an Eight Year can be for all of us, Oprah posing with a lion duplicates the illustration often found on various versions of the Number Eight Tarot card labeled “STRENGTH”  -- that of a woman and a lion side by side in harmony.  Essentially, the card illustrates balance of male and female energies.  Its message is that while Eight is often equated with masculine strength and leadership, the energy is off-balance unless there is an equivalent amount of female gentle, receptive and meditative characteristics "taming" the beast so to speak.

So – what do you say, Oprah?  Are you inspired by Tarot cards?  If so, as far as I personally am concerned, more power to you!

While it can be entertaining to speculate on the big picture of our coming year, the truth of the matter is that each one of us is contributing to that based on how we are conducting our own lives.  The more positive and ethical each one of us is, the more we collectively contribute to the events of the world at large.  So – the questions is:  How can you use the vibration of this Eight Universal year to contribute to your own well being and make this a good year for you to experience?

My answer:

Be fair and just In your dealings with others. (Always good advice!)  It can also be an especially opportune year to seek justice for any wrongdoing initiated against you.

This is an especially powerful year to hone your skills in manifesting your dreams.  Eight is considered a karmic number of harvest.  If you have done the work to realize your goals, the odds are increased that success will be yours.  Remember that Eight, the number of strength, requires effort in order for favorable outcomes to result.

Eight is the number of money.  Therefore, financial matters will be especially important for us all with prudence and good judgment holding you in good stead in financial strategies.  This is not a year for risk-taking.

As Eight is the number of balance, making sure that you achieve a balance of work and play will make you more productive in the long run.  Eight’s energies encourage us to be more work and career oriented than usual – but ultimately, even if you are blessed to love the work that you do, taking time to regroup and recharge your energies periodically will  add dividends to your quality of life.

In summary, go forward with strength and courage and reap the blessings  of your dreams manifesting.  (You will find more even more clarity and insights when you are aware of the instructions of your Personal Year Number.  My Divine Life Calendar will give you the details.  Click HERE.)

2014 - Our Seven Year in Review

12/25/2014

As I’ve noted at the beginning of each monthly forecast this past year,  2014 was ruled by the Number Seven.  Seven as a Universal Year Number focuses on divine revelations, truth revealed, healing and convalescence, preparation for change, the power of mind and intuition.

In addition to the categories I mentioned above, Seven represents the world of the “unseen”, other realms and dimensions and riddles or mysteries to be researched or solved.  Seven can also motivate us to seek answers from a spiritual source.   Now that we have traveled the journey of this Seven year, I’ve looked backward at our collective events and have chosen three categories that to me illustrate the “unseen”, spiritual and metaphysical aspects of Seven energies at play on a large scale.

The first event relates to our internet which, of course, we all rely on worldwide for communication, services and information.  In essence this invisible energetic force not only offers us miracle connections and supportive services but also at present makes us vulnerable to having our personal and financial security breached by unknown assailants.  The year began with the publicity and aftermath of the massive customer data breach suffered by Target.  (This event occurred in December 2013 showing the Seven energies already emerging.) Some estimate that as many as 70 million people were affected.  Perhaps you were one as I was.  In addition to multiple other security breaches publicized throughout the year we are ending 2014 with another major breach reported by Sony Pictures this time with the hackers allegedly being politically motivated North Koreans.

Internet security as a major issue creates a “mystery” to be solved for which we will need some major technology advances.  (Seven loves mysteries and also fosters scientific research.)  Interestingly, as we head into 2015, an Eight Universal Year which brings to the forefront issues of money, justice and large corporations, I read where Target is being assaulted with litigation as an aftermath of their security breach debacle as customers have filed class action suits for damages, and the banks are suing Target for remuneration for their massive expenses in having to address customer issues related to the data breach and create new credit cards for the millions affected.

The second episode revolves around the major unsolved mystery that made headlines this past year:  the baffling disappearance of Malaysian Airlines Flight MH370.  In my own mind I saw a similarity to the many reports of disappearing aircraft and boats in the area known as The Bermuda Triangle over the years.  Did that flight indeed disappear through a portal into another dimension I wondered?

It turns out, I’m not alone.  The website CP World reports the following:

“In a recent poll conducted by CNN, 1 in 10 Americans believe that "beings from another dimension, time travelers, or aliens" may have had something to do with the plane's disappearance. 21 percent of the people polled claim that the plane could have landed rather than crashed, and they believe that the people from the flight survived.

Other conspiracy theorists, including website humansarefree.com, claim that the plane may have been hijacked and flown to a remote location. There are also websites that claim that Malaysia Flight MH17, the plane that crashed in a field in Ukraine, is in fact Flight MH370 and that it was deliberately crashed in a "false flag" operation to discredit Russia.

Meanwhile, a new book titled "Flight MH370—The Mystery" suggests that the plane may have been shot down accidentally by US-Thai joint strike fighters in a military exercise in the South China Sea.”

Regardless of what you believe or don’t believe, the legacy of our Seven year leaves us with a major mystery that raises questions about the existence of other worlds and dimensions or unknown conspiracies at play and asks us to seek answers that stretch us to consider possibilities beyond the realm of what is considered valid demonstrable proof in our third dimensional world.

The third event category which I perceive as relevant to the Seven vibration is the event which motivates us to seek spiritual guidance and comfort in the face of circumstances which bring us distress and over which we as individuals do not appear have access to any immediate control to alleviate.  The emergence of the Ebola virus as a threat to worldwide health is one example.  Another is the escalation of terrorism in the Middle East with increased incidents of innocent citizens loosing their homes and being subjected to unspeakable acts of violence, torture and death.

These are the types of events which force us to seek “answers” and solutions from prayer and our sources of spiritual nourishment.  Some will even argue that it is misfortune which activates our compassion and love for our fellow men and which motivates us to improve conditions for all those affected.

Now let’s briefly examine how this past year affected you personally.  If you were transiting a Seven, Nine or Two Personal Year, chances are you received your own trials and tribulations which prompted you to pray for guidance and support.  (If you’re in this category, the coming Eight Universal Year should be much easier for you, by the way.)  Regardless of your own Personal Year transit numbers, my guess is that you ended this year with a new vision of what is possible for you going forward in time.  Reflect on this, and I believe you will see this is true for you.

Our forthcoming Eight Universal Year supports all of us in taking our visions and manifesting them in reality.  More about this in my next blog entry.

ROBIN WILLIAMS – WERE HIS DAYS “NUMBERED?”

8/16/2014

With the world in shock over the recent suicide of Robin Williams, I, of course, had to check his numerology chart.
Picture
When I first began my study of numerology, my teacher pronounced, “I don’t predict death!”  I as well have chosen to follow this edict and actually have never found a chart pattern that definitively indicated the specific time that a person’s life on earth would end.  –That is, until I examined the numerology chart of Robin Williams whose chart at the time of his passing was dominated by both the Number Nine, the number of endings and completion, and the Number Sixteen (the Tower card in classic Tarot) which indicates sudden changes in the structure of one’s life over which one has little or no control.

Here are some of my findings:

His three letter essence transits (R, I, and i) are all “9”s

The sum of the three essence numbers is 9.

His full birth name letter transit at age 63 is 9.

He was 63 years old.  ( 6 + 3 = 9)

He was in a 16/7 Major Cycle.

His Period Number Cycle that began with his birthday on July 21 this year was 16 which reduces to 7.

He was In a Seven Personal Month of an Eight Personal Year.

He took his life on a Nine Personal Day.

Believe me, anyone transiting these numbers has no choice but to experience some very powerful transformative energies!

An astrologer friend did an analysis of Robin’s chart from a planetary transit perspective.  Her findings corresponded with mine in that he was encountering energies that implied death and the end of his Earth incarnation.

Robin’s natal numerology blueprint strongly suggests that he was an incarnated angel from other realms sent here to help humanity.  His natal chart blueprint shows him to have the 11/2 Heart’s Desire Number of the Master Teacher (which I have found to be a code for an incarnated angel) and the powerful 44/8 Life Purpose Number.  (Forty-Four is a sign of angel energy.)

Those who are here in this capacity are not exempt from experiencing the trials and tribulations of Earth humans.  Indeed, it is through experiencing and mastering the dramas that humans are prone to that they can offer the most inspiration.

The preponderance of 9’s in Robins current patterns numerology chart indicates to me that his soul contract for his Earth assignment was up and he was being called back home.  It also seems fitting that by taking his life he was performing his last act of service:  calling attention to the need for new and alternative life-affirming therapies for the untold millions of people who are afflicted with depression and addictions.

The fact that the death of Robin Williams has affected so many (even people like me who were not die-hard fans though respectful of his work and dedication to his craft as an entertainer) demonstrates that his presence was somehow a widespread energetic influence on humanity.

Join me, if you are called, in blessing his soul on its continuing journey in other realms and offering gratitude for his willingness to contribute his presence and experience to our collective journey of growth and empowerment during the time he was an incarnated human on this planet.

NAVIGATE BY NUMBERS – AND TRUST IN POSITIVE OUTCOMES!

3/16/2014

Although I other than recall anyone telling me this to me face, I have intuited many times that people can be reluctant to have a numerology reading because they fear that “something bad” can show up.

In a way, I can understand this.  If I have received a warning from someone -- or through an unwelcome forecasting indicator – I take this as a curse that I am forced to remove from my awareness.  In fact, as I go through my daily calendar pages and make advance note of my numbers and astrology transits, I make a point to avoid noting any day that is considered in astrology to be an “unfavorable” day.  Do not take this as a negative judgment of astrology. I find astrology an extremely helpful modality that, especially when combined with numerology insights, can open my understanding of divine forces at work in my life.

However, if I open my calendar to a page that says that an authority in my almanac noted I’m supposed to have an “unfavorable” day, what’s going to happen?  I’ll be looking for “bad” things to happen that day.  Instead of focusing on the positive, I’m looking for the worst.

I believe that most of us have been brought up to look for the bad that might be lurking in the shadows as we go through our life routines.  And – although – we may encounter events that we would not consciously opt to embrace – I believe the truth is that our perception shapes our reality in extraordinary ways.

This is one reason I love “navigating” by numbers.  Numbers are symbols of energy vibrations and can have unlimited possibilities and outcomes attached to them.   Any connotation we give to the numbers essentially come from our own beliefs and superstitions that we may have unconsciously adopted.  “Number Thirteen” is definitely a number our culture traditionally associates with bad luck and even death although Thirteen can be miraculously transforming.  Even the Master Number Eleven can conjure up major tests of stress and loss to those familiar with numerology.  It can easy to overlook that Eleven always offers us rewards that more than compensate us for any loss if we are open to embracing this fact.

Everything has a polarity associated with it.  Even the events that seem so challenging can open us up to amazing opportunities and blessings.

That is why I’m called today to relate a client update that so clearly demonstrates that numerology indicators allied with positive thinking can bring benefits and soul growth that might not be anticipated in advance.  (She has given her permission to relate her story.)

Last summer she had reason to celebrate.  After countless challenges and much effort, she manifested a “dream job” with a prestigious firm that offered her more money, more responsibility and unlimited opportunities to rise within the company.

As I reviewed my client’s numerology chart with her, we noted that her new position coincided with a “new start” indicator in her chart.  (This is the norm, rather than the exception.)  We also noted that there was another “new start” that began for her the first of March 2014.  We both presumed that this was indicative of a promotion coming her way.

I did point out to her that from the end of October to the end of February she had the number Seven Period Number Cycle in effect.  As Seven brings with it spiritual tests, we spoke about this time period being one during which she might need to slow down and regroup for some reason – pay attention to her health – or even enroll in a course to receive a desired credential.  As I tend to be as positive as possible with my clients, I other than recall pointing out that this Seven had the Number Sixteen upper vibration. Sixteen is the “Tower Card” in traditional Tarot, and can indicate a collapse of some lifestyle structure due to external circumstances over which one has no control.

Just a few days ago I received an update from my client.

“Wow, what a ride these past several weeks. I was preparing for my new promotion and put my house on the market so I could make the necessary relocation.  All the wheels were in motion for this change – and then….

A remarkable turn of events – internal politics in my company – which changed everything for me as my new position no longer existed!

I keep my numerology chart visible in my home office.  I respect the ebbs and flow of energy and noted the action points and peak points in my chart which indicated that another new start was imminent.  Without this insight I would have been extremely upset!  On the contrary I was intrigued as I watched the Universe unfold and present new opportunities to learn and grow.

An even better option with another company was presented to me with no relocation, more money and working with supportive people I’ve known for a long time.  Since my chart read endings in mid-February followed by new beginnings in early March, I originally thought these were occurring within the company I joined last summer –but look what happened!  Fascinating!”

So you see, navigating by numbers helps you stay steady at the helm when life throws you a curve ball.  Being resilient, staying positive and being prepared to embrace opportunity are the other factors that assist you in making the best of any circumstance.  If you haven’t yet opted for a professional numerology reading of your energy transits, try it and find out for yourself the confidence and peace of mind that can be your rewards.

UNDERSTANDING MALALA:  A LIFE ON PURPOSE

11/20/2013

A name that’s been much in the news recently is that of Malala Yousafzai, the Pakistani young woman who was near fatally wounded by outraged Talabani members who opposed her openly verbal stand in favor of education for women.  After reading about her and watching a TV documentary, I was motivated (as I often am re people in the limelight) to research her numerology chart.  It is obvious that Malala is an exceptional person, and I was curious to see how her number blueprint supported the events of her life.

The results are that her numbers are as exceptional as her life has proved to be – and will continue to be as long as she remains on the planet.

REPETITIVE ONE’S AND FIVE’S

What I immediately saw as remarkable is that three of her four core numbers are 1 and 5.   It is unusual to for a chart to have 1 and 5 in this combination.  These numbers demonstrate extreme bravery and forthrightness as well as leadership and the pioneering spirit of one who is called to venture into new territory regardless of the dangers that might be encountered.

Those possessing 1 and 5 as core numbers in the numerology chart can be, in the extreme (when out of balance), aggressive and headstrong.  One and five can also attract anger and destructive events

Malala’s Expression Number (what she is here to do) is the Master Number 55 which reduces to the Number One.  Those who have this number combination in their charts are way-show-ers who were chosen to initiate new modes of life and thought on Earth.  They are visionaries who aim to benefit all people on Earth, not just their own race or nation.

Malala’s Heart’s Desire Number is 23 which reduces to 5.  Her secondary Heart’s Desire Number is 30 which reduces to 3.  Both of these offer her the opportunity of honor, fame and material gain and bestow her with gifts in speech and writing.  The number 5, when prominent in the chart, can indicate a desire to be a reform agent and advocate for change.

Nineteen (which reduces to 1) is the number which dominates Malala’s first Pinnacle cycle which lasts from birth through age 27.  The test of this number is to work for self-mastery as well as to use the gift of leadership and compassion for the uplifting of all people.

The numbers 1 and 5 repeat themselves as Malala’s Challenge Numbers.  Two of the four numbers are 1’s, and another is 5.  Those with a One Challenge are learning the lesson of asserting themselves, particularly when confronted with opposition and/or anger.  Her Five Challenge among other things, offers her lessons in reigning in headstrong and impulsive tendencies as well as learning to adjust to unexpected and often turbulent events.

SPIRITUAL TESTS THROUGH THE NUMBER SEVEN

The date that Malala was shot in the head close range by a member of the Taliban was October 9, 2012.
Here are some interesting number facts regarding that date:
The Universe was in a Five Universal Year.  Five can often
attract violent events.  (And, as mentioned above, Malala
has the Number Five prominent in her natal numerology blueprint.)

Malala’s Personal Year was 51 (the numbers 1 and 5 again!)
            which reduces to Six.

October 2012 was a Seven Personal Month for Malala.

The day she was shot was a Seven Personal Day.
Seven has to do with spiritual tests and events that instigate them.

Malala was also under the influence of an Eleven Period\
Number Cycle.  The Eleven attracts both fame and extreme
tests of character during which it bestows the ability to
inspire others through what has been endured.

If Malala had consulted a numerologist prior to October 2012, she would have been warned to be extremely cautious during that time period.  However, it is also likely that, given her One and Five number influences, she would have, in an independent and headstrong way,
ignored any advice of caution.

Ultimately, Malala’s experience of being shot was actually what brought her cause to the world’s attention.  From all appearances, her attack brought her Divine protection and miraculous help.   The bullet should have killed her, but it didn’t.  The British doctor who had the skills to operate on her was visiting her country.  Her medical expenses were paid for. She was able to overcome the effects of surgery to make a full recovery, write her book and share her story with the world.

This year (2013) Malala is transiting a Seven Personal Year which is considered a year of healing.  There is, of course, total synchronicity as healing from her traumatic wound has preoccupied her time.

ANOTHER IMPORTANT NUMBER ONE AHEAD FOR HER

Around the age of 35, the energy of Malala’s Maturity Number comes into play and remains with her throughout the remainder of her life.  This number is also a 1, but elevated to its highest level, 100.  It is very unusual for someone to have the master number 100 in his or her chart.  Essentially, this number denotes achievement of illumination and the Christ Consciousness, the very highest level of attainment.

In conclusion, Malala’s Life Lesson is Forty-Five which reduces to Nine, the number of the humanitarian.  Interestingly, Forty-Five, in Tarot is the Five of Cups and is a vibration that many strongly motivated reformers and missionaries are born with.

I’m sure that all who are heart-centered wish Malala a long happy life.  However much time she has left on the planet (and numerology does not predict death), her number codes indicate she will remain in the limelight and promote the cause of all women around the globe who are seeking the right to an education and to pursue opportunities undeterred by gender bias.

BLOG: RANDOM THOUGHTS & DIVINE MESSAGES

WHAT I BELIEVE

While I regard numerology as a phenomenally accurate tool in determining both the timing and implementation of major life and career events as well as daily activities, it is only part of the process of achieving desired outcomes. In my life of confronting challenges and reaping rewards (there have been many of both!), I have found  that the more we can employ and master the following actions, the more effective the use of numerology can be in our lives.

  • AUTHENTIC PASSION for what we desire
  • VISION of what we choose to achieve
  • INTENTION that we will achieve our goal
  • BELIEF that our goal can be achieved
  • LOVING THOUGHTS about ourselves and every person, thing and circumstance in our lives
  • POSITIVE SPEECH in our daily communication
  • APPRECIATION expressed for all the people and circumstances that enrich our lives
  • PERMISSION to self and others to have what we desire
  • GENEROSITY in supporting and giving to others from our hearts without thought of reward
  • KINDNESS and FORGIVENESS to ourselves and others, knowing we all are human, and that mistakes and earning are part of our path here on Earth
  • ACCEPTANCE of circumstances that are beyond our means to change, allowing us direct our energy to take action in ways that we have the freedom and capability to do
  • SELF RESPONSIBILITY for our actions
  • HUMOR to offset and heal many circumstances
  • INTUITION and connection to our inner guidance system
  • PRAYERS, in whatever way matches each person’s spiritual belief system, will always be answered, though often in ways we can never imagine, understand or
recognize at the time of occurrence.
  • GRATITUDE for all the reminders that come with daily living to honor and live the truth of our beliefs
